Quality – our standard and how we meet it To us, quality and quality assurance mean meeting our own requirements, and those of our customers, continually and sustainably. For many years now we have had a quality-management system firmly established in our company. We are   • certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008,   • licensed under Section 52 of the German Recycling and Waste Management Act as     a specialist waste-disposal operator,   • certified in accordance with the German Waste Disposal Operators Code (EfbV),   • ecognised as a specialist operator under Section 19 of the German Water Supply     and Management Act (WHG), and   • the operator of a plant licensed under the Federal German Immission Control Act     (BimSchG) and classified under Order No. 4 in implementation of this Act     (4. BimSchV). Quality control In our modern oil laboratory, using set parameters and key quality-performance figures, we monitor both our own input and output products and our overall production processes. For these purposes we have a large number of analytical instruments at our disposal. If so requested, we will also analyse customer samples and help in solving lubrication problems.
